My name is Alex Sevko
I am passionate about understanding why cancer patients respond to therapy and how scientific evidence can be translated into smarter drug development decisions.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning academia and biotechnology, I specialise in advancing immuno-oncology through translational research, biomarker strategy and clinical development.
I have worked across organisations including DKFZ, Adaptimmune, Prokarium, Infinitopes, and Amphista,
helping teams connect disease biology, drug mechanism and patient heterogeneity to generate actionable translational insights.
Ultimately, my goal is to help teams make better-informed development decisions, accelerate clinical success and improve outcomes for patients.
Beyond consulting, I am passionate about mentoring scientists and supporting the next generation of translational medicine and biomarker professionals.
