My name is Dr. Alexandra Sevko,
I am a passionate scientist and consultant with a deep-rooted dedication to advancing translational research and improving patient outcomes in immuno-oncology field. With over 20 years of experience spanning academia, industry, and clinical research, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to breakthrough innovations in cancer immunotherapy and exploring the complexities of the tumour microenvironment (TME).
Throughout my career, I’ve led research across esteemed institutions like the Pittsburgh Cancer Institute, DKFZ, UCL, Adaptimmune, and Prokarium. From managing translational research in preclinical setting and early clinical trials to developing biomarker strategies and fostering collaborations with global industry partners, I thrive at the intersection of science and strategy.
Some of my proudest achievements include designing translational research strategies for early-phase clinical trials, co-authoring impactful publications, mentoring the next generation of scientists, and leading projects that have contributed to real-world therapeutic advancements.
With a collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset, I am dedicated to turning innovative research into tangible benefits for patients.
